You set up your services, barbers, and time slots in ClipprOS Settings. Customers visit your public shop page at getclippr.app/your-shop, select a barber, choose a service, pick an available time slot, and submit their details. The system sends instant email confirmations to both parties and the booking appears in your dashboard queue automatically.
Yes. The booking flow shows all barbers currently marked "on duty." Customers select their preferred barber before choosing a service and time. If a customer has no preference, they can skip barber selection and be assigned on arrival.
Yes. ClipprOS's booking page is live 24/7. Customers can submit booking requests at any time — even at midnight or on weekends. You review and confirm bookings from your dashboard at your convenience, or you can set your system to auto-confirm.
Yes. Once a time slot is booked by one customer, it's immediately marked unavailable for that barber. Every barber's availability is managed independently, so simultaneous bookings never create conflicts.
