After a customer completes the booking form, they automatically see your GCash details and the exact amount required. The customer transfers via GCash, uploads a screenshot to the booking confirmation page, and you review it in the Downpayments dashboard. Once confirmed, the customer receives a final confirmation email.

Refund decisions are entirely at your shop's discretion. ClipprOS records which bookings have confirmed deposits, but the refund process is handled directly between you and the customer via GCash. You can outline your refund policy in your shop description.
