Client CRM · Haircut Memory
ClipprOS logs every haircut per client — fade type, guard number, style notes, reference photos, and which barber served them. Any barber in your shop delivers a consistent cut, every single visit.

Clients re-explaining their cut
The Problem
— Client has to re-explain their fade every single visit
→ Haircut record shows every detail — fade type, guard number, photos — before the cut starts.
— Clients only want one specific barber because others forget
→ Shared memory means any barber can deliver the same cut from the record.
— New barbers don't know returning clients' preferences
→ Every client profile is available to all authorized barbers the moment they open the file.
— No record of what a client got last time
→ Full visit history with dates, services, barber, price, and style notes per record.

Questions
Each haircut record includes: the service performed, the barber who cut the hair, the date, price paid, fade type, guard numbers, style notes, and up to multiple reference or result photos. The notes field is free-form — you can record anything specific to that client's cut.
Yes. Haircut records are shared across all authorized staff in your shop. Any barber logged into your shop's ClipprOS account can view any client's full history — so walk-ins who usually see a different barber get the same consistent cut.
After completing a sale in ClipprOS's Sales page, a "Log Haircut" option appears directly in the completion flow. You can also add records manually from any customer's profile in the Customers section. The record links to the transaction automatically.
Currently, haircut records are internal — visible to your shop's staff only. Clients don't receive a copy, though you can verbally confirm details with them when reviewing their record at the start of a visit.
