Everything you need to know about ClipprOS — the barbershop management system built for the Philippines. Pricing, GCash, live queue, barber dashboards, loyalty cards, and more.
ClipprOS is a barbershop management system built for Philippine barbershops. It combines online booking, live walk-in queue, barber dashboards, customer CRM, sales tracking, and loyalty cards in a single browser-based platform. No hardware required.
Most barbershops are fully set up in under 10 minutes. You create your account, add your services, add your barbers, and share your booking link. That's it. No hardware installation, no IT support needed.
No. ClipprOS runs entirely in the browser on any device — phone, tablet, or laptop. There is no POS terminal, no card reader, and no equipment rental.
Yes. ClipprOS is built specifically for barbershops. Every feature — live walk-in queues, barber dashboards, haircut history, commission tracking — is designed for how barbershops operate. It is not a generic scheduling tool.
ClipprOS does not have a free plan, but every new account starts with a 3-day free demo — full access, no credit card required. Paid plans start at ₱599/month, and every new subscriber gets 1 month FREE added on top of their chosen plan.
Yes. ClipprOS Enterprise is built for owners with several shops: one account opens every branch, all data is synced in real time, and the portfolio view shows total daily revenue across all shops combined — plus net income after barber commissions and week, month, and year totals per branch. Contact sales for Enterprise pricing.
ClipprOS offers two plans: Solo at ₱599/month for single-barber shops, and Pro at ₱1,499/month for multi-barber shops. Both plans are in Philippine pesos with no hidden fees or per-transaction charges.
Yes. ClipprOS accepts GCash for subscription payments. During sign-up and on renewal, you can pay via GCash InstaPay. No credit card needed.
No. ClipprOS charges a flat monthly fee only. There are no per-transaction fees, no per-booking charges, and no marketplace commissions. You pay ₱599 or ₱1,499 per month — that's it.
Walk-in customers visit your shop's link or scan a QR code on their phone. They enter their name and pick a service. They appear instantly on your queue screen. Staff assigns them to an available barber. The queue updates in real time — no app download needed by the customer.
Yes. ClipprOS provides each shop with a branded online booking page. Customers can pick a date, time, service, and barber. Appointments appear in the owner's and barber's dashboards automatically.
Yes. ClipprOS is designed for this. Walk-in queue entries and pre-booked appointments are visible in the same interface. Staff can see and manage both together without switching between systems.
Yes. After joining the queue, the customer's phone shows their current position and status. If they step out, they can check back on their phone. When they're next, they can return.
Yes. Customers can pay with GCash in-shop. Staff records the payment as GCash in ClipprOS. Transactions are tracked with payment method, service, barber, and amount. Revenue is shown in the daily dashboard with GCash vs cash breakdown.
No. ClipprOS does not require any hardware. Your customer pays using your GCash QR or number. Your staff marks the payment as GCash in ClipprOS on any device. No POS terminal needed.
Customer-facing GCash checkout at booking is on the ClipprOS roadmap. Currently, GCash payments are recorded at service completion. For shops that specifically need upfront booking deposits via GCash, Reserve.ph is the current best option for that flow.
Yes. Every barber added to ClipprOS gets a personal login. Their dashboard shows their assigned queue, upcoming bookings, daily earnings, and commission breakdown. They do not need to see the full owner dashboard.
ClipprOS records every transaction with the assigned barber. Each service can have a different commission rate or fixed payout per barber. The barber's sales tab shows their earnings per day, week, and month — broken down by service.
Yes. Barbers can upload a profile photo, add a tagline, set their years of experience, and create a portfolio of their best work. This appears on their barber profile page, which is publicly shareable.
Yes. ClipprOS includes a digital loyalty card system. Shop owners set how many cuts a customer needs before earning a free cut (e.g., every 10 cuts). ClipprOS tracks cut count per customer and flags when they earn a free cut. Free cut redemptions are tracked separately.
Yes. Each service has a configurable barber payout for when it is redeemed as a free cut. There is no hardcoded default — every shop sets their own amount. Free cuts cannot be redeemed until the shop consciously sets the payout amount.
ClipprOS is cloud-based with no hardware requirements and fixed peso pricing. ZenSoft is hardware-based with biometric clock-in and inventory management. For most small-to-medium Philippine barbershops, ClipprOS is the better fit. ZenSoft is better for enterprise operations needing hardware POS.
Reserve.ph is a booking-only platform with GCash deposit and Viber reminders. ClipprOS is a full shop management system with live walk-in queue, barber dashboards, commission tracking, and loyalty cards. If walk-ins are part of your business, ClipprOS is the right choice.
Fresha is a global platform built for the US and UK market. It does not have GCash integration, peso pricing, or live walk-in queue. ClipprOS is built specifically for Philippine barbershops with peso pricing, GCash support, and local payment methods.
For most Philippine barbershops that serve both walk-in and booked customers, ClipprOS is the recommended system. It is the only platform that combines live walk-in queue, online booking, GCash integration, barber personal dashboards, and loyalty cards in a single browser-based platform priced in Philippine pesos.
