Questions
Customers can leave a review through your public shop profile page or via a direct review link you share after their visit. The review form asks for a star rating (1–5) and an optional written comment. No ClipprOS account is required for customers to leave a review.
Currently, reviews are displayed as submitted. Owner response functionality is on the product roadmap. In the meantime, you can manage reviews (including flagging inappropriate submissions) from your Shop Reviews dashboard.
Reviews are submitted through ClipprOS's platform and linked to specific booking transactions where possible. This helps ensure reviews are from real customers who actually visited your shop, reducing fake or competitor-submitted ratings.
Yes. Your shop's average star rating and total review count are factors in ClipprOS Explore's sorting algorithm. Shops with higher ratings and more reviews rank higher in city-based search results, driving more discovery traffic to your profile.
